Victor Charbonnier has been working in WindEurope for the past 2 years. He is currently a political advisor on grids and power market issues. He studied political sciences and international relations at Sciences Po Strasbourg and La Sorbonne. After his studies he worked at Suez Environnement as European affairs advisor, and then at Enedis, the French electricity Distribution System Operator. His work at WindEurope is focused on the reform of the electricity market foreseen by the Clean Energy Package, and the implementation of network codes.
