Eloise works in The Carbon Trust's Offshore Wind team to deliver industry leading market insight, large scale multi-stakeholder demonstration projects and joint industry programmes. Her role includes programme managing the Offshore Wind Offshore Renewable Joint Industry Programme (ORJIP) which aims to reduce consenting risk for wind developers.
