David Hostert is Head of Wind Research at Bloomberg New Energy Finance. He leads a global team responsible for producing and communicating analysis on the economics, policy, and strategic dynamics of the onshore and offshore wind industry. He is also a specialist in European energy policy, auction design, and supply chain strategy. David holds an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Philosophy & Economics. He is fluent in English, German and French.
