Andy works at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, which is the UK’s independent specialist aviation regulator. As policy lead for spectrum and surveillance, he provides assurance that the aviation industry continues to meet the highest safety standards. His role includes providing UK civil aviation policy and guidance on wind turbines which is used by the aviation industry, the renewables industry and local planning authorities in respect of proposed wind turbine developments.
