Johnny is appointed as Cable System Specialist and Technical Project Manager within Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. He is responsible for future oriented cable solutions with the aim of significantly reducing Levelized Cost of Energy in offshore wind farms. He graduated as Mechanical Engineer from the VIA University Collage Horsens in 2011after which he joined Siemens Wind Power as a Mechanical Engineer in Research & Development working with turbine blades. In 2013 he moved to the Offshore Product Lifecycle Management, where he was part of a team that developed a new offshore array cable system. Since 2014, he is part of the Offshore Concepts & Solutions team, where he is working with new offshore grid optimization.
