Dr. Zhai is Corporate Chief Engineer & General Manager of Goldwind Offshore Business Unit at Goldwind Science & Technology Co.Ltd. which is one of the world largest wind turbine manufacturers and windpower solutions providers. Before joining Goldwind he was Chief Engineer for Civil Works at the world largest hydropower enterprise - China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG), responsible for review and approval of engineering and construction of offshore windpower projects. He has 30 years of experience and been working in the fields of power and hydropower facilities, transportation infrastructure, public works in the United States and worldwide. He is a registered civil engineer and a licensed geotechnical engineer in the State of California, a registered professional civil engineer in BC, Canada and geotechnical engineer in APEC countries.
