Michael Thorndahl Simmelsgaard joined Vattenfall in 2015 as Vice President Strategic Projects & Partnering. Part of the Management Team at Business Area Wind, Michael has a track record as a leading strategist in the industry. With 15+ years of experience in leadership, operation, engineering and HSE, he has been at VP/SVP level in the wind business for the past 7 years. Michael holds a Master in Logistics and Accounting. He is married and has 5 children.
