Biography
Jie Yan received her Ph.D. degree in Renewable Energy and Clean Energy from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China in 2016, and was also a joint-educated Ph.D. student at University of Bath, UK in 2014. Currently, she is a lecturer with the State Key Laboratory of Alternate Electrical Power System with Renewable Energy Sources, School of Renewable Energy, North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China, and was invited as one of guest editors for the special issue of IEEE Transaction on power systems. Her main research interests include wind power forecasting, uncertainty analysis, and system economic dispatches.
