Biography
Dr. Vasiljevic has been working in the wind energy sector nearly 10 years, of which past 7 years at DTU Wind Energy. He is currently a research scientist at DTU Wind Energy acting as a scanning- and multi- lidar specialist supporting a wide variety of wind research both within DTU Wind Energy and also with international teams. Dr. Vasiljevic has been one of the key actors for designing, managing and executing New European Wind Atlas experiments. His work is focused on the lidar development and application and research data management. He has received DNV GL award in Renewable Energy for his work on the development of the long-range WindScanner system.
