Biography Frans A. van der Loo In 1986 I became member of a local Windpower-cooperative, and from that time on I am involved in windpower development (policy). I worked with the National Agency for Innovation and Renewable energy (Senternovem, AgNL), on Onshore windpower implementation and on Energytransition policies (till 2012) From 2012 on I am affiliated with the TKI-Wind op zee (National Offshore wind Innovation programme), specificly on the Topsector Energy programme ‘Responsible Innovation’.
