Mr Vivek Trivedi has been working in energy sector for more than 8 years and focused on wind energy more than last four years. He is working as a Project manager for Nordex Acciona Wind Power. He has studied mechanical engineering from NIT Hamirpur, India and later on masters in renewable energy from university of Oldenburg, Germany. His main responsibilities have been to drive projects around improving the competency of field personnel by developing new trainings. The new methodologies and approaches followed by him, have improved the level of HSE and quality. Additionally, considerable reduction in downtime of turbines could be achieved by implementing the mandatory structured on-the-job training program.
