Program Manager, ABB, Switzerland
Alexandre Oudalov is in charge of an ABB Group program entitled “Power Systems of the Future”. In this role he is investigating the mid- and long-term implications of the ongoing changes in power systems, primarily driven by the new renewables. Prior to his current appointment, Alexandre worked for ABB Corporate Research as the senior principal scientist where he was in charge of developing innovative technologies for power grid automation and integration of distributed energy resources. Alexandre has a PhD degree in electrical engineering (specialization in power systems) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland.
