Mr. Fragiskos Mouzakis, Mechanical Engineer Msc, is the Head of the Wind Turbine Testing at Wind Energy Department of CRES. He has been involved in more than 25 European and National R&DD projects since 1995. He is involved in projects dealing with design, development, monitoring and testing of Wind Turbines. In parallel he was technical responsible for the testing service provision to Wind Energy Industry. He participated to a series of R&DD projects related to Wind Turbine condition monitoring (NIMO, INTELWIND) and currently is involved in BigDataEurope IT project, in which he supports the implementation of Big Data technology to Wind Energy applications. He is a member of IEC and MEASNET expert groups for Wind Turbine Mechanical Load measurements. He is the author or co-author of over 50 publications in international journals, conferences and magazines.
