Frances Mc Ardle is the Operations Director of Height for Hire Ltd, the market leading access rental company with over 20 locations across four countries – Ireland, the UK, Hungary and Slovakia. Frances has over 25 years’ experience in the working at height industry and started training machine operators in 1992 when she qualified as a MEWP instructor under several internationally recognised awarding bodies including CPCS and IPAF. She has vast experience in optimising efficiencies for work at height while maintaining safety standards across several sectors including Wind, Construction, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Facilities Management, in both the public and private sector.
