Dr. Kojima has been working in the wind industry for 2 years. She is currently a research scientist at Hitachi, Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan. She studied organic chemistry and inorganic complex chemistry at Keio University in Japan. After her studies she spent s at Hitachi, Ltd. in various roles and has been involved in semiconductor lithographic material development project, chemical analysis instruments development project, and so on. Her research is focused on the diagnosis of gearbox lubricant. She has received awards for her work in the fields of material research.
