Leo has been working in the wind energy industry since 2006, starting in wind resource assessment and pre-construction energy yield analysis where he identified the value of Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) data at various phases of the project lifecycle. He has been with the Met Office providing climatalogical, forecasting and verification services to the energy industry for the past six years.
