Dr. Gregor Giebel is Senior Scientist at DTU Wind Energy at Risø. He works with energy meteorology, especially short-term prediction of wind power, where he leads the IEA Task on the topic. He also works with wind farm control, and during his 21-year career also looked into the use of drones, wind resource assessment, wind farm design, condition monitoring and other issues.
