Igor Egaña has been working in the wind industry for more than 15 years. He currently leads Maxwind Technology, a company aiming at aerodynamic optimization of wind power assets. He holds a PhD on control systems, and developed technology for two wind turbine manufacturers, coauthoring 8 patents. He also managed contracts for 400 MW as construction Project Manager in the US market.
