Biography
David Hazell has extensive experience in the British, US and NATO Military along with the private business sector. After joining the Royal Air Force in 1985, David completed pilot training before flying a multitude of fighter aircraft including the Phantom F-4, Tornado F-3, F-14 Tomcat and Mig-29. As the commander of the largest fast jet squadron in the Royal Air Force, David was responsible for the UK Top Gun course as well as the training and standards across the operational Tornado fleet. David was also instrumental in planning the project that uplifted 30,000 US troops in Afghanistan in 2009. After military retirement, David worked as a programme director in financial services before joining a world-wide consultancy company focused on human performance, process improvement, and leadership development.Posters
