Meeting rooms

Do you need a private meeting room during the event?

We have a number of meeting rooms available for booking at the Bella Center and in the Bella Sky Hotel.

You can book a meeting room via the online booking platform.

The platform will open mid-October and bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If your company is exhibiting at the event, you will be able to access the booking platform through the Exhibitor Zone.

If your company is not exhibiting, you can request a link to the platform by emailing [email protected]. When requesting the link, please also provide the following information:

• Name of your company
• Address of your company
• Contact person and details
• VAT if applicable
