On 9 April at 17:15, we’ll also hold the main poster session and distinguish the 7 best posters of this year’s edition with our traditional Poster Awards Ceremony. Join us at the poster area to cheer and meet the laureates, and enjoy some drinks with all poster presenters!

Abstract

For a successful operation of offshore wind farms, a key element is the seamless transfer of information from Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) phase to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) phase. As offshore wind farms are growing by scale and complexity, the need for structured processes to manage the transfer becomes paramount. The presentation will explore the key processes and best practices for effective information handover of a project, the need for a structured approach and the challenges associated with such handovers.
