Katrina Duka-Gulbe, Executive Director of Latvian Wind Energy Association, has a broad experience in large-scale project management in the fields of investment attraction, regional development, and education. Actively participates in the development of regulations necessary for the wind energy development in Latvia and represents interests of the industry in government. Brings together and promotes cooperation between companies operating in the wind energy industry. Promotes public understanding of the wind industry.
