Biography

Felix Grolman is the CEO of the VSB Group, one of the leading renewable energy project developers in Europe. Under his leadership, over 500 employees work daily to realize sustainable energy projects across Europe. Felix Grolman has more than 15 years of experience in executive positions and has made significant contributions to the development of renewable energies and digitalization. In 2009, he founded his first company to invest in renewable energy infrastructure. In 2012, as CEO, he developed Grundgrün, the first fully integrated green energy supplier, which managed 3.5 GW of assets and was a pioneer in short-term trading and battery storage management. Before joining the VSB Group, Felix Grolman led the energy sector and was the president of several subsidiaries at Energie 360° AG in Zurich, significantly contributing to the energy transition. Dr. Grolman holds university degrees in law and economics.
