Biography

Zeynel Kılınç graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Translation and Interpreting Studies at Boğaziçi University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 2010 and completed his master’s degree in International Relations at Galatasaray University in 2013. Between 2010 and 2015, he served at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey as an Assistant EU Expert, EU Expert, and Advisor to the Deputy Undersecretary. Since 2015, he has been working at the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Investment Office, initially as a Unit Manager, then as Project Director responsible for Energy Investments, and currently as Vice President.
