Biography

Mr German Perez, MSc in Telecommunications Engineering (1998) at the University of Basque Country, Spain, is Head of Offshore Renewables at TECNALIA. He’s been involved in offshore renewables since 2006, coordinating R&D projects for the development of floating wind technology since 2009. With 26 years of experience in R&D at TECNALIA, has managed over 30 research projects. He is co-author of more than 30 papers and conference presentations at national and international conferences and 3 patents related to offshore renewables.
