Biography

Joshua is the Global lead for the Moffatt & Nichol Offshore Wind ports team. He has 23 years of underwater inspection, port planning and marine structural design experience. He works with OSW developers, OEMs, port authorities and state and federal agencies on a consistent basis and has a thorough understanding of the Global OSW industry and its relationship with the supporting ports. M&N has a dedicated offshore wind ports group that performs the planning, dynamic simulation modeling (digital twin) and detailed design of OSW ports on a worldwide basis. M&N is responsible for these tasks at 8 US OSW ports including: State Pier OSW Port CT, NJ Wind Port, Dominion OSW Port VA, Port of lake Charles LA, Pier Wind project at Port of Long Beach CA and Humboldt OSW port CA.
