Biography

Lukas Schmitz, M. Sc. RWTH. studied mechanical engineering in the Bachelor's program with a specialization in energy engineering at the RWTH Aachen University. He successfully completed his Master's degree in Energy Engineering in February 2023 with his Master's thesis on "Main bearing load estimation using simulation-based regression models" at CWD. Since March 2023, Lukas Schmitz has been working as a research assistant in the field of Component Design at CWD.
