Yuki Esser is the Head of Operations at DMEC, where she focuses on innovation, ecology, nature-inclusive design, stakeholder management, and market exploration in offshore renewable energy. Passionate about the ocean, Yuki brings her love for sailing, surfing, and diving into her professional life, advocating for greater environmental impact assessment and nature-inclusive design in offshore projects. She holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics & Systems Biology, with a focus on marine biology, from the University of Amsterdam. Over the past four years, Yuki has successfully led stakeholder engagement campaigns with coastal communities and industries, driving sustainable solutions that balance ecological and economic objectives in offshore development.
