Biography

Eva Rutkowski has over 10 years of experience in the wind industry and currently serves as Corporate Vice President of Quality & HSE Technology at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. In her role, she ensures smooth product launches and early detection of risks from a quality management perspective. She drives implementation of APQP4Wind in Siemens Gamesa through digitalization and harmonization of processes across the organization. Previously, she managed unification of Quality Processes in Siemens Gamesa focusing on end-to-end quality data covering the entire value chain. Her leadership also includes promoting effective product launches and high customer satisfaction for both offshore and onshore projects. Eva holds a master's degree in mechanical and process engineering with a focus on energy technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt. She is a certified APQP4Wind Specialist since 2018 and actively contributes as a board member of APQP4Wind, helping to enhance quality assurance practices in the wind industry.
