As the Solutions Director at FidesOak®, Paula leads a team of professionals responsible for designing programmes that support clients in developing a High Performing Culture. These initiatives include measurement tools, workshops, and coaching at all levels within their organisations. Paula also plays a key role in shaping FidesOak®'s strategy, ensuring the infrastructure and culture are aligned for the effective delivery of these solutions, contributing to the organisation's continued growth. With 25 years of experience in Learning and Development across both the private and public sectors, Paula has had the privilege of working with clients globally.
