Biography

Eddie has led global Culture Change, Performance, Reliability, and Safety programmes for over 20 years, drawing on his 40 years of experience in challenging industries to enhance organisational performance. His focus is on fostering a Culture of Care, where care acts as a key input to achieving safer and more reliable outcomes. Starting his career in construction in 1979 and moving into oil and gas in 1982, Eddie gained significant frontline leadership experience. Now leading FidesOak®, he is passionate about helping clients view their people as the solution, unlocking team potential for enhanced performance.
