Biography

Mr. Monclus is a Civil Engineer with an MSc in Coastal and Marine Engineering and Management working as a Project Manager in the Offshore Wind discipline at SENER. For the last 6 years, Albert has been involved in multiple projects, starting with the supervision of the fabrication of five floating platforms for the Kincardine OWF Project, continuing with the coordination of several proposals and framework agreements and managing several permitting development projects of Offshore Wind farms in several countries. Currently, Albert is managing the technical and commercial development of the semisubmersible steel platform HiveWind for large WTG.
