Biography

Ove Undheim has been working in the wind industry for more than 20 years. He is currently a principal wind resource analyst at Statkraft in Norway. He holds a PhD within computational fluid dynamics and turbulence modelling from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. After the PhD work, he spent 18 years as consultant in Kjeller Vindteknikk/Norconsult covering the wind energy field. At Statkraft he has a particular focus on bridging pre- and postconstruction energy yield assessments, with analyses and optimizations in both fields.
