Biography

Lissie de la Torre is a research associate at the Offshore Logistics group of the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems, since March 2022. In her work, she focuses on weather risk analyses as well as project and cost modelling of transport, installation, and decommissioning processes for offshore wind farms.
