Biography

Mr. Meng is currently a Consulting Engineer at Techsoft3D with over 10 years of experience in the research and development of engineering simulation software. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor's degree in Energy and Power Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University. He was involved in the development of offshore structure analysis software SACS and MOSES and coupled solutions with OpenFAST for offshore wind analysis. He is also actively engaged in open-source projects within the wind industry. Mr. Meng is a registered Professional Engineer in Canada and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
