All meeting rooms at the Bella Center and Bella Sky Hotel are now fully booked.

However, you will be able to find seating spaces in the following areas:

• Coffee Bars:
  • Hall A: Wonderful Copenhagen Coffee Bar
  • Hall C3: Roxtec Coffee Bar
  • Hall C2: Hempel Coffee Bar
  • Hall D: Romanian Wind Energy Association (RWEA) Coffee Bar
• Conference Area – Level 1
• Poster Area
• In front of Auditorium 10, 11, 12
• Foyer near the Registration desks by Entrance 4
• Bridge towards Meeting Rooms in Hall B – Level 1
• Hall C3 and C4 – main aisles
• Bella Sky Hotel – multiple areas – Level 1

These areas are available during opening hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating cannot be reserved in advance.
