Biography

Senior Development Engineer at DTU Wind involved in the development and application of methods and tools for planning, energy assessment and feasibility of wind power projects. Mechanical Engineer with a PhD in wind energy from the Technical University of Denmark – DTU in 2000. In the last 30 years, gained experience in several fields of wind technology working as independent consultant in international wind projects; and as wind energy teacher/researcher/lecturer at several universities; including 5 years as R&D director of the Brazilian Wind Energy Center; 2 years as country manager for renewables at DNV; and 7 years as operations manager and site leader at UL Renewables
