Biography

Ioannis Koumaniotis graduated from University of Patras, Greece in 2020 with an official title Diploma in Civil Engineering (5-year Program). During his studies, he covered different fields of engineering, mainly focusing on marine/offshore structures. In February 2024, he graduated from Technical University of Denmark with a masters degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering. During his postgraduate studies, he focused in the area of hydrodynamics and modelling of sea parameters in offshore and nearshore areas. Furthermore, he has a keen interest in cutting-edge technologies in the realm of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning and is driven by its implementation to solve engineering challenges.
