Biography

Frédéric DELBOS joined Vaisala France in 2022 as head of wind lidar science and application. He holds an engineering degree in mathematical modeling, complemented by a PhD in applied mathematics. He owns more than 20 years' experience in energy research At Vaisala, Frédéric particularly appreciates the diversity of his missions, which are at the crossroads between the coordination of scientific research, scientific marketing and product support. Frédéric particularly enjoys supervising a team of highly motivated engineers with a high level of technical expertise in a domain that really matters for our future: controlling the weather is one of the most important conditions for fully exploiting the potential of renewable energies!
