Biography

Loma Al-Azzawi is a Project Engineer in the Load and Reliability Optimization team at Enercon. She graduated from Carl von Ossietzky University- Germany with a M.Sc. degree in Engineering Physics. Loma joined Enercon in 2019 where she is responsible for analyzing the root causes of the major damages or abnormal behavior in the wind turbines, especially in complex terrains. Currently, Loma is leading a project for establishing measurement campaigns in complex sites to gather accurate wind condition data that can be used for research purposes.
