Biography

Claudia Olivares Cabello is a professional in the field of Renewable Natural Resources with a specialization in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Renewable Natural Resources from the University of Chile and her Master's degree in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Claudia is currently working as a Development Engineer and GIS expert at Youwind Renewables, where she supports the development of early-stage screening projects and contributes to the development of IT-solutions, including modeling upgrades and validation. With her expertise in renewable energy, and remote sensing and GIS, Claudia is passionate about exploring the impact of climate change on offshore wind energy and finding solutions to mitigate its effects.
