Biography

Mehmet Ozkan Basar graduated with a diploma in Meteorological Engineering. He has been in the industry for eight years working for Investors and a Turbine manufacturer. His primary experience has been in the Turkey and European wind market. He has experience with every stage of development, from site selection, met campaign design, layout design, energy yield assessments, mechanical load assessment, to turbine performance, post-construction reconciliations, and energy forecasting.
