Abstract
1. Repowering into a hybrid Wind-Solar-Battery project which if by a source of emissions, such as a road, removes, breaksdown carbon emissions, vehicle pollutants (tire wear, brake dust with forever toxins) their buildup into a calcium byproduct improving soil or water quality. Decomissioned blades, usually whole shape, are placed below solar panels, get a light makeover (including with CDR) and generate the highest possible solar efficiency by simulating high albedo value fresh snow. Nacelle's house the BESS, and the white composite improves battery operating temperature also by reflecting heat. In a roadside or farm location, EV chargers for vehicles or e-tractors, equipment are mounted on its exterior. Larger decomissioned blades or their root end, can be reused as mounting hardware for solar canopies or solar canals (no land boring required for this solar canal) to provide shade for canals or on land livestock such as cattle. This prevents heat stress, which can mitigate cattle death or changing hormones in heat which can impact milk production, yields aka Farmer or Rancher revenue.
