Patrick Lefebvre is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive operations management experience in renewable energy and power transmission & distribution. He has led Company Management, business development & strategy, M&A, and large-scale infrastructure projects across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, driving revenue growth and strong EBIT performance. Patrick’s hands-on leadership spans onshore and offshore wind (fixed and floating), nuclear safety systems, high-voltage grid substations & BESS. Fluent in English and French, he builds high-performance teams, forges global partnerships, and aligns strategic plans with sustainability and regulatory compliance. 'In my role at Partner Serwis, I focus on expanding our customer base in Europe within the wind energy sector. By promoting our specialized maintenance and repair services, I aim to extend the operational lifespan of onshore wind turbine generators.
