Biography

Luca Liebe leads European policy at the German Wind Energy Association (BWE). Before joining BWE in 2022, he worked at the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM), where he contributed to national and European research projects on the energy transition. He studied political science, sociology, and a minor in law in Bonn, Warsaw, and Potsdam.
