Biography

Andrew has extensive experience within the world of polymer processing and the recovery of waste plastics into the supply chain. After graduating in economics Andrew worked in waste management before joining Schlegel in Hamburg, innovators of the polymer landfill site lining system. He went on to manage major projects from design through to handover across the Middle East, Asia and the UK. In 2019 Andrew finalised the RX Polymer development enabling the full re-use of waste wind blades for the manufacture of construction products. This has been driven by the need of the wind energy industry for a sustainable and circular solution that is commercial and scalable globally. Since launching into the wind and aviation sectors at the start of 2023, Andrew has rapidly scaled the business to meet the needs globally - processes developed for importation across the EU and OECD; license and franchise packages for independent localised operations.
