Jens Riechert

Senior Measurement Specialist, EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG

Biography

Jens Riechert holds a master's degree in Renewable Energy Systems and has worked in various positions across the offshore wind industry in Europe and Asia. He has specialized in measurement campaigns using lidar systems, resource assessment and wind turbine/farm performance. Jens has a strong background in project management of large-scale (offshore) measurement campaigns, development of measurement concepts and data analysis. Within EnBW, he is acting as an in-house expert on measurements and associated use cases incl. metocean studies, wind resource assessment and (warranty) power curve testing. He is actively involved in the development of various IEC standards (incl. IEC 61400-50-4).
