WindEurope’s Resource Assessment Workshop 2019 will take place in the BEL Building in Brussels.
The BEL is an environmental information and exhibition centre and is one of the largest passive buildings in Europe today. With its black domed frame covered with photovoltaic panels and its large triple-glazed windows, this eco-construction project has been optimised to consume as little energy as possible.

How to get there
From Gare du Nord, you can reach the BEL by walking 15 minutes.
From Brussels Airport, you can take the train to Gare du Nord or take a taxi (costs between €40,- and €55,-)
