WindEurope seminars are excellent value for money and are typically half the price of those offered by commercial organisers. As the industry’s European non-profit association, WindEurope can hold these seminars thanks to the continued support of its members and all participants.

Registration fees include all the following items:

• Access to conference sessions and poster area on the day when your pass is valid
• Lunch and coffee breaks on the day when your pass is valid
• Access to all workshop presentations (oral and posters) shortly after the event

Special prices are offered for WindEurope members, NGOs, academics and full time students. Representatives working at Public Institutions or press are entitled of a free pass, contact [email protected] to retrieve your access.

Badges

Badges will be sent by email to all registered participants a few days before the event. To avoid queuing, we kindly ask you to print your badge before coming to the event.

Registration support

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after you’ve registered or your invoice for the pass your purchased, please visit our Registration Guest Portal to download all relevant documents. You can also generate a visa letter to support your application process.

Your e-badge will also become available in this portal shortly before the event.
