Gil Lizcano, co-founder at Climate Scale, a company specializing in advanced climate modeling and localized climate data. With over two decades of experience across climate research and wind resource modeling technology, he has driven innovation in climate risk assessment for windfarm project. Previously, he led R&D and technical operations at Vortex and held research roles at the University of Oxford and University College London, focusing on wind resource analysis and environmental modeling.
